Parcel not delivered

I ordered for some dresses on Alibaba on 4th August, 2020. The parcel finally arrived my country, Qatar, on 18th August, 2020. On 24th August, I got a mail asking me to rate the products, if I was satisfied with them. That's strange because I haven't got them. I've contacted the sellers. One responded, asking me to be a little more patient. The other hasn't read my message since. Just sending me promotion messages. The tracking numbers are:

Have you received them? They were delivered on August 27 according to the tracking number.

I received a message from 718 saying my parcel was delivered but it was not as I was home all day and my cameras show nothing please check you deliveries and contact me with details where my parcel went this is the second time in two months as this parcel was a replacement from the first one that was not delivered as well China post # ZA00280437101
