Parcel not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered an online package on 6 July 2020 July and it has not reached the destination yet. According to the tracker it says : “CHINA, BEIJING, Item departed to final destination on 17/72020” . This is the tracking number RE106351161CN.
I would kindly like to know why I havent received my item yet, and why there is no update on the tracker since that date.

It couldn't pass the check and is on the way back to the seller now. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
