Parcel not delivered

Hi my parcel has not been delivered however my tracking reference number has stated that it was delivered 2/2/2021. Where is my parcel? Or is there an email address for me to contact someone regarding this?

I had opened a dispute with PayPal because the seller would not provide me with a tracking number. The seller did provide me with a tracking number after the dispute had been opened therefore PayPal denied the claim because a tracking number had been given but since then I have still not received my item! The seller is not replying and PayPal don’t want to know!!

Where the package was delivered to? If it's not delivered to your address, the seller may give you a wrong tracking number.

Yes this is what I think has happened but PayPal won’t deal with it because the gave a tracking number! So they’ve closed the case and the seller won’t reply to me! Looks like I’ve lost my money and not getting my order
