Parcel not delivered although via tracking it says delivered

Hi. My tracking number AM769114783CN - It says delivered to BS7 0XW [correct post code] but I haven't received this at all. Is there any proof of delivery that you can email me? Please let me know as soon as you can so in case we don't find it I can request a refund from sender. Thank you

Hi, I did not receive my parcel and despite checking with the Merchant - Kate Spade USA Outlet it says the parcel has been delivered and they sent another one because I said I did not deliver. The first parcel tracking number is ChinaPost AM731669749CN.
Would you be able to help me check where was the parcel delivered to? Thank you so much
