parcel not moved since 3rd January 2022

Tracking Number SY15007540517 has not moved since 3rd January and is now 45 days sitting in one place Where courier was sent message to pick parcel up from Chine place coming to Australia I have tried nearly all Australian transports and Postal Depots and Nobody has received Tracking information about parcel. What ship is bringing parcel and when will it dock in Australia. Thank you

Hi Gary Butler,

There is only 'Pre-Shipment Info Sent to Australia' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on Jan.3 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
