Hello, my package (parcel number UU361720211CN) was never delivered to me.
On your tracking website it says it was delivered to CTT.
We are suspecting of an online store scame.
Please, can you confirm that the Sender is "Kikoer"? And the receiver postal code addres is "Região Autónoma dos Açores, 9700-110 PT"

Sorry, we don't know the sender. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Portugal. So, you can't get more update after March 14. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
