My parcel has been 3 months and no update. PLEASE can you tell me where it is.

Hi ZAKG,

It's not normal for it. It may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have been in touch with the seller everyday for the past 2 months… all I am ever told is “no updates from the supplier” (EMS). Please can you help and chase EMS and find out more?
