Parcel stuck at Guangzhou since 2 April.No update.

My parcel was sent from Hangzhou in late March 2020. Since 2 April,2020 no update was made , it was lying on Guangzhou's port. And recently, my tracking id also got expired, now what can I do to know where is my parcel and when can I expect it to get updated.
It has been more than 3 months already and I contacted the sender if they have received it back but they told me that it will get delivered once it is sent from Guangzhou.
Please help. URGENT !
