Parcel says delivered but no package

My traking number is AQ470931185CN and says its delivered Saturday around 5 pm which canada post doesn't have delivery on weekends.

Hi Patrick,

According to the tracking information, AQ470931185CN was delivered on November 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Yes it says delivered by canada post on 13 sat. But canda post dont deliver Saturday. Can you give me another tracking number that will work on canada post

Hi Patrick,

You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it after it arrives in Canada.

Please find below my first 1uestion and your answer.
The parcel has never been delivered in my mailbox. I received a call about a month ago from a delivery guy, to open my door but I wasn't at home. I asked him to leave the parcel at my neighbour s shop, right in the same building, but he refused and said the parcel will be delivered later. I never had any news song the , and certainly nothing has been delivered in my mailbox. What shall we do?
