Parcel says it has been delivered in china

Hi,
The tracking of my parcel RV910752843CN says it has been delivered in China but i reside in Canada, i was wondering if this was a mistake or if it had actually never left china.

Hi Tomixo,

It was arrived in Canada on May 25 but returned back to the sender on June 6. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to refund you or send one again to you.
