Hi! I was hoping you could answer a question about a parcel I’m expecting. Tracking is: EB743914747CN and last update is: Guangzhou City, leave the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop , Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via)

Can you please tell me if it departed on a plane or is it still waiting for a flight. I was hoping to receive this parcel for vacation I’m leaving for in 7 days. Thanks so much!

It's still waiting for the flight in China now. It takes about another 7-30 days to reach to my experience.
