Parcel still in china

I have ordered a month ago and havent received my parcel. It says it's still in china when it shouldve been delivered 2 weeks ago. Tracking number is LX013226011CN

Hi Dilwar97,

It has been stuck in Guangzhou since Feb. 22. You'd better contact to the sender to reflect the problem and let him help you check it by calling China Post service number 11183.

With regards to my tracking number, LA102485392CN, up till now I have yet to receive it. It states that my order is still in Shenzhen. I ordered on the 13th of April 2020. The seller said due to Covid19 so I have to patiently wait. Why is it that with other companies from China, I am able to receive my items normally as per stated? The seller is not doing anything and do not want to give me back my money. Pls look into this matter.

Hi Rohani,

According to the latest tracking information, you couldn't receive it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
