Parcel stuck almost for 1 month

Hello, the tracking number says that my shipment has "arrived at the destination" since 13/01/2022 and i havent received any update. EV004377469CN

Hi Gabo,

It hasn't arrived in Chile. It's still in transit. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Chile.
