Parcel stuck at arrival at the destination for 11 days

Hello i would like to know where exactly is my parcel or when should i expect it to arrive,its been 11 days since it has been in arrival at the destination but im worried because i dont know exactly where it is, my country is Mexico and i dont know how long it will take to arrive here,when is there gonna be an update?

Hi Fernanda,

To my experience, it takes about another 20-40 days to get update. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
