Parcel stuck at Guangzhou and hasn't moved

Hello there, my parcel (CY005759402CN) is stuck since January in Guangzhou and I was told it was due to the aftermaths of the COVID lockdown. Asking the sender also didn't give me any more updates as they always say it's stuck in transit.
The expired tracking link is worrying me, please help me.

It's not normal for it and may have been lost. I suggest you require the seller to refund you first if you don't want to wait for more days.
