Parcel stuck in China more than 1 month

RN627262134GB I keep ask about my parcel from first week .staff said to me have to wait 7-30 days now more than 30 days already . so what is happening now? Last week staff said China post already sent to airlines and receiver have to wait .I am asking what is standard of your company ? And u already sent to airline then no responsible anymore? Is it sender or receiver fault ? I have read a lot of problems with many customers here so your company never even try to solve problems.i can say China post Ignore customer. I very disappointed with this . I hope you have better answer more than just say have to wait same every time u said..try to think about standard please

You'd better contact China Post directly by calling 86 10 11183 (Chinese language) to reflect the problem and check it for you. We are only a tracking platform for packages for free. We have no right to deal with packages.

I’m not sure what happened to my parcel sent from China a month ago. In the tracking system, I noticed that the parcel has already arrived at the destination a month ago, but it didn’t say if it had been sent out or still in the custom. The tracking number is: E8761987096CN.
