Parcel stuck in Chinese customs since 26/5/25 - LE519341787GB

I returned a parcel to Livia Boutique on 20/5/25 and paid for tracking via Royal Mail. The tracking number is LE519341787GB and the only information I can find is that it is that my item is currently with Customs in the destination country.

I have contacted the company several times and they can't give me an update as to why it is stuck in customs.
What do I need to do to get this matter resolved? I paid a lot of money for this delivery service and have now had to wait over 3 months. The company will not issue my refund of goods until they receive them. There is nothing in the parcel apart from clothing.

Please help me get this sorted.

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay tax now. You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just download WeChatm sign up and then search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program(微信小程序).  Then click '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay and finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.

Parcel CL044412827RU with some goods that I'm returning to the chinese seller is stuck at the chinese customs. They ask for bill and declaration, how do I get in contact with them ? Where should I send declaration for customs? Inside the package there's a original order details - all the stuff and prices of the goods returned.
