Parcel stuck in customs, Guangzhou and Shanghai

I ordered from china two parcels with the following tracking numbers
1: EV062429801CN which is stuck in Guangzhou, 2025-05-23 03:19
Guangzhou City 51008101, Your packet has passed the EU Customs review and will be sent to the next step for processing.
2: LZ293435025CN which is stuck in Shanghai, 2025-08-15 19:20
Shanghai 20054005, Your packet has been reviewed by the EU Customs and sent to the next step for processing.
I don´t know what the next step are. It seems to be a problem with the destination address which is the following:
Mats Naaf, Sjoviksvagen 2, 64651 Stjarnhov, Sodermanlands lan, Sweden.
Can you help me and tell me what to do in this case? Perhaps China Post can step in and sort this out or as I said, let me know what I can do.

They are not normal. Your packages have successfully cleared customs without being detained, inspected, or charged additional duties. Problems often arise during the "next level" handover and processing. They should be lost to my experience.
