Parcel stuck in local sorting center since December

I have been expecting a parcel from China Post since December. The tracking number is AQ871834013CN. The status is "BELGIUM,local sorting centre" since 28 December. Can please investigate why the parcel is stuck there and has not been delivered to my final address (i.e. Martine GUEBEL - CLOS DES NENUPHARS 6 - 1341 CERORUX-MOUSTY (Belgium)?????

Hi Martine GUEBEL,

Sorry, we could only find it's stuck at the local sorting center of Belgium and couldn't find the reason for the stuck. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller check it for you.

The seller is ' FX7816 Daily Necessities Store' but he does not answer any of my messages, which is why I need to contact YOU. Can you please investigate further?
