Parcel Stuck in PostNL

My parcel is stuck in Netherlands since the 17th Jan 2026. Its destination is South Africa. I contacted my local post office and they said the parcel is not yet in their network. The last update was "2026-01-17 15:33
The item is on transport to the country of destination". Should I be worried or I must be patient?
