Shanghai Customs has cleared on January 22. I called 11183, the customer service of EMS and consulted for you. The customer service of EMS said Shanghai Customs would send a SMS to you and you should finish the steps in the message to get your parcel. Have you received the SMS?

You can dial the EMS customer service hotline 11183 if you are in China and +86 10 11183 if you are outside China. For English service, please press 8 after the call is got through.
