Parcel stuck in Shanghai sorting center! HELP!

Hello,
It's been over a week and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.

Hi there, I tracked my parcel and it says that it is at the Regional Sorting Centre in Shanghai. There has never been a delivery attempt, as far as I am aware. I can't find the address of the sorting centre - where is it? Also, what hours is it open, and how long is a parcel usually held there for??

Hello, I am a bit confused. My package says it was shipped out of China to Canada on the 29th, but on the 30th it was at a sorting center, and has not moved since. The seller told me this was by air travel, and all other items I ordered have arrived by now.
