I would like to have more info regarding my order (Track number: LV581677521CN) which has been stuck in shnaghai since 21/09/22

Hi Giacomo29,

It's shipped by e-packet. It was received by airline on Sep.21 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I was wondering if someone could help me locate my parcel.
Usually when a package is 'delivered to airline', the next status will be that it has reached the destination country. However, with this parcel LZ109119186CN, I got another update after the 'delivered to airline' status. It says "Shanghai, leave the Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station, next stop ,International Mail Processing Center( via transfer)" on 8/6/2020, but I never got any update after that. Was my package returned to the seller? Was it destroyed? What is going on?

Hello,
I have a parcel stuck since the 5th of November under the status
"Handed over to airline, Shanghai".
Parcel number is LA072403211CN.
Can you help me understand what's happening?

Tracking stuck on Received by airline for 19 days (0 reply)

This is not the first time I ordered with China Post, it only ever took around 20-25 days for me. But this time it has been stuck at ‘received by airline’ for 18days, so it has been in transit for 23 days. Usually after received by airline it changes status to airline departure after a day and also plane has landed after 3 days. Is this normal it hasn’t updated, or maybe it wont update anymore I will just receive it in a few days/weeks? I have 3 other packages, two have the same status and 1 is still at Handed over to the carrier for transportation, Guangzhou, Guangdong
