Parcel stuck in transit

My package has been stuck in "delivered to the carrier for transportation" for over 12 days now, I paid for 10-15 day delivery with ems. If the package hasn't moved after moving for 1 day then It will most likely never move! Can I please get an update on this package and where it is exactly?

Hi MSimonyan,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 14 and takes about 20-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
