Parcel stuck on Customs Clearance

My parcel has been stuck on "Disassembly of panels is completed and customs clearance is in progress" for the last week. It's not even in the correct country, it's in Germany rather than the UK. ZA03645673801.

The destination country for ZA03645673801 is Germany. If it's wrong, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and confirm if he filled the address wrongly.
