When will my parcel be cleared. I ordered items from south korea to Guangzhou China. My parcel has been in transit for 4 months now. Not it is stuck in Beijing and its due for customs clearance, Please advise

In this situation, you need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to further check it.
