I'm in the need to pay China postage tax. But I have no China phone number, so I couldn't sign up any account to pay the tax. Can send help?

Where is my package? How long is it going to be?? I have ordered it at the beginning of May paying shipping fee and I am moving out in a couple of weeks! I really need it to be delivered before that!!
