Good afternoon, I would like to know more information about my order with a tracking number: RV526062099CN, 31 days have passed since it left China for Peru and it still has not arrived, I would like to know how long it will arrive, thank you.

Hi Valeria,

It's delayed in China for a long time. According to the latest tracking information, it shows airline departure on Jan. 13 which means it's waiting for the flight now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Peru after airline departure. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
