Pick up point not shown

I had an order however it has delivered it to a pick up point instead of my address but hasn’t given me the details on where I need to pick up my item.

Hi Parise,

You need to contact the seller to check which courier is in charge of delivering it to you after it arrives in your country and contact your local courier to check it for you.
