Hi, could you please let me know which pickup point my parcel has been delivered to? Thank you!

Hi annecazor,

You need to contact the seller to check it for you. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where to pick up. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
