Please confirm where my package is

Hi. I live in Canada tracking says the currier is EMS e-packet. It says it’s been delivered. It was saying i needed to pick it up before this delivery status for almost a week so why has that changed now? . Can you please tell me where it has been delivered then, what city and by who? Seller isn’t getting back to me. I am beyond frustrated now. Please respond as saying nothing back is becoming
a reoccurring theme now with you guys!

Can you confirm if it was actually signed for once delivered because the company where it was supposed to be delivered to confirmed that it never arrived. Also, the seller claims they have sent the package via EMS EXPRESS, which I assume means by air, can you please confirm if that is the case indeed? And also where my package is currently? Please can you confirm address for package with tracking number AS062171478CN as the company sending the package claim to have sent twice but u.k courier days the package was for a different name and address and I think it is a scam company
