My package tracker said delivered but it wasn’t received. Can you confirm

Can you confirm if it was actually signed for once delivered because the company where it was supposed to be delivered to confirmed that it never arrived. Moonosa is the clothing company I ordered from and they’re requesting a certificate from USPS to confirm the status of the delivery of package. Please can you respond as soon as possible I’m a bit exhausted with going back and forth with this clothing company.

We could only provide tracking information for you. If they request a certificate from USPS, you need to contact USPS to get it.
