Hi , my package has been in transit for a long time and there's no Movement since 8-15 November . Is there something wrong ? Please help me

Hi,

The two packages left China on Nov. 15 and Nov. 14 separately and they both in transit to Australia now. There is nothing wrong with them. You still need to wait. Once they arrive in Australia, there will be further update in tracking system.
