Please help me find my parcel

Hello. My tracking number was S00000138479754 and then it became UJ399919789CN I know it can take long to receive the item but it has been a long time without any update. I have had 3 other parcels from China which got here after maybe a week or two. Please help me find out where it is because I have never experienced this before. I ordered one small item from Aliexpress and I am in London, United Kingdom. Thank you.
