Please help not sure what tracking means? It says return!

Hello my tracking number is UM067490915CN and today it's showing the following message: Guangzhou Exchange Station] Return, None. Does this mean that my package is being returned to sender? I am in the U.S. Please help! Thank you

Hi CindyBrooks,

It's normal now. It left China on Dec. 21 and is en route to the US now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
