Please I want to know the reason why my parcel return to sender

My parcel is more than two months already from Canada to Australia and the whole month of May I can’t track my parcel month of June 15 I track my parcel and it says return to sender why?Im so upset about this.

Hi Savannah,

As it's sent from Canada to Australia, you need to contact the courier in Canada to reflect the problem and check it for you.
