Reason for Parcel return to sender

Hello
I have a parcel that was supposed to be sent to me through ems post but after customs it got sent back to the sender. May i know the reason for the return to the sender?
The Tracking number is EV764396549CN

You'd better let the sender in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it for you.

I would like to request information regarding the reason why my shipments were returned to the sender before leaving China.

According to the China Post tracking system, both parcels appear to have been returned to the sender and never left China.
