Hi, I've sent out a parcel from China to Switzerland on the 9th of March (CP459543087CN), and on the tracking site there has been no update since it left Shanghai.

On Monday 16th I checked the tracking site of my package, it had an update of the same day, saying it has entered a city near mine. Okay, I will check more often then. At the next day, that entry was DELETED. It does NOT shows any activity from the 16th, and only shows updates until the 14th. Is this a site error? If not, then why was it deleted? My package is tracked by CNE. The tracking number is 3A5V900594649

Hello, I have a problem, I ordered some products from a site called gghg.com. I would like to know if they sent me the package or took my money without sending me the package. I can give you a tracking number, from what I've seen, it's registered with China Post. RV523869840CN. I followed the package through 1 7 track and from what appears on the site it seems that my package rotates in a circle. I hope you can help me.
