question about my package?

hi guys.. i am waiting for a package from szenchen.. however on both auspost site nor chinapostal site, seems like my package had been stuck in szenchen for the past 4 days.. im not sure whether the package will arrive or leave china anytime soon.. but im hoping u guys would have more information regarding my package.. so can u confirm with me if there is a problem with the package? thanks my tracking number is EA416077414CN

Hi, I have been trying to track my order and this morning i found out that it is in Gauteng Province here in SA and i tried calling the HUB[Nelspruit Hub]and they told me my Order is not with them, instead they told me it might have returned so i must go back to WISH and ask a new Code. It's delivered by Singapore Post on April 27. You need to contact them as soon as possible to check it for you.

Amazon does not give me the tracking number. It solely says contact China post.
