Hello,
My package LZ237636572CN hasnt had an update in 12 days. The last status was - reviewed in EU customs (in Beijing) and sent to the next step for processing. Is the package already on its way to Slovakia, or is it still in China?

It's still in China now. We suggest you wait for one more week to see. If it's still stuck there, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AQ604698907CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows out for delivery on October 9th. However, we have not received the package and was not informed to pick up the package either. I am wondering where this package is and when it will be redelivered.
