Hi Billu,
For parcel not over 2kg, you can use China post small packet service.
Ningbo to UK:
By Air, you need to pay about 160RMB.
Surface Air Lift: about 80RMB
Surface: about 60RMB
I suggest you use air to send your parcel if it's important. Other two ways are easy to be lost.
I'm not sure if your package could be sent by China post small package. They have size regulation:
For a rectangular packet, the length + width + height should be 90cm or less and the maximum length is 60cm.
For parcel not over 2kg, you can use China post small packet service.
