Problem with parcel delivery

Good morning. The parcel did not reach my address although it was sent. The status of the parcel is delivered but unfortunately I have not received it and cannot locate it. MY parcel number in china post AM341441133CN I do not know which carrier delivers in Poland. I checked several courier companies and none of them has information about my parcel. Help me please.

Hi Rafal Ratajczak,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
