ZA05010254601 is showing delivered on 17 Track. do you have a proof of delivery as I didn't receive the package.

Hi my tracking no is RL810068551IE I have messaged email and phoned with no help as the number I'm told to ring doesn't have anyone who speaks English. Please can you have the statue of delivery explained as to why it wasn't delivered. I'm asking you to tell me the address you tried to deliver to.
