Question my package stuck since 04-04-2020

Hi Daisy, can you tell me something about my package? The first one is: RV381771521CN it’s stuck since 04-04-2020 it’s big package. Something like 30 kgs. can you see how it is shipped? Is it by plane or ship? And like to know what can I do?? There is no movement what so ever. And with this trackingnumber is it even possible that it is a package with this weight? 30 kgs?

Hi Esmee,

The weight for the package couldn't be known through the tracking number. It has left China and is in transit to Netherlands now.You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives.

Hi,

Your website is very good but it looks like my package might be stuck? It was originally send on 2020-03-30 and was moving well until the last couple locations (3-31 and 5-02). I expected delays because of COVID but I'm starting to worry. Please help?

Hi Daisy, first of all I will like to thank you for your help, I am very appreciative it.

My tracking number is CP403460497CN , you answer my question on June 2, 2020 told me that my package was waiting for a flight to transit. I will like to found out if my package sit on a flight yet? The representatives with the origin company always told me that the package have arrived on USA and it was waiting for custom clearance, and the tracking information haven’t any updates since March 31, 2020.

One last more question, when I track my package today at your website, the sign change from in transit to expire, what does this mean? Will my package be lost?
