I ordered some items from Statik Co (order 211000).
This order has been sent via China Post, tracking number: ZC47310649399
Today I received the following email from Statik CO:
YOUR ORDER HAD A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
Please contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery. The shipment may be returned to the shipper if no one is present to accept the delivery after two to three attempts.
TRACK ORDER STATUS
Carrier message: Unsuccesful Delivery
Tracking number: ZC47310649399
Carrier: China Post
Contact: +862011185

First mile carrier - China Post - ZC47310649399
Last mile carrier - Cyprus Post - ZC47310649399

China Post shows the same failed delivery status for traking ZC47310649399 (see below), but without details.
Cyprus post does not find this tracking ZC47310649399 at all.
Could you please clarify the reason of non-delivery of tracking ZC47310649399 by China Post?
I see, that the order is in Limassol - I can pick it up myselfd, if needed.

Package says "inbound failed" (2 replies)

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
Also, I would like to have suggestions on what to do and who to contact next.
