Reached US but never made it to USPS, where is my package?

The tracking number is AQ332916105CN, is there any possible way to file a missing package claim through China Post?

Hi mitchelpaul,

It's not normal for it. You couldn't file a claim directly to China Post. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller refund you or send one again to you in time.
