What's the tracking number? You need to contact the courier in your country to ask where to pick it up.

I know that China post operates within the ICBC building here in doha, and I ordered a package online from China which is supposed to arrive through China post

I send my package to 27/P, B Wing, Windows Building Huaqiangbei Road, Futian District Shenzhen Guangdong, 518010 China in 3/3/15 and I received it back on 6/24/15 a notice was given to pick up the package, but nobody have pick up the package which was more than 15 days, so it came back to me. I am just trying to find out why this package wasn't pick up.
