Package I ordered and paid for in January said it was post to be delivered on or before March 13th it's still saying that it is in shaghai EMS China it's been there since the 24th of February no updates since then please help me I received the other two items I ordered and paid for the same day as this one and I also ordered my wife a bag on March 3rd I got it today so I'm very confused about why I haven't received this one the seller keep telling me he doesn't know what or where it is to be patient

Today 15th September, 2020, I received a parcel from Beijing, with tracking number LX
193513127CN, which was suppose to of been a Real Lifelike Journey Reborn baby Doll, 17 inches in size, but instead I received a cheap plastic 6 inch Chinese doll. The original item was ordered from America, I want what I ordered, when do you think I will receive? Don't want to wait another 3 months, get you act together.
