Hi. I am planning on receiving a shipment from your office. The tracking number is RW310555997CN. There hasn't been an update and it is supposed to be here 5 days. The last update was from a week ago saying that it had arrived at the Guangzhou International Exchange Station. Could you tell me if it has left the station already?

I’ve ordered many items from China (eBay). They’ve been shipped by different companies. Some of the packages I’ve received in less than a month, while most of packages are still in transit. The issue is this packages are close to estimated delivery time, or have already passed it. Based on that it seems like a chance of not receiving international shipment is much bigger than receiving it, as most of the items have not arrived yet. Is it safe to say I wasted my time waiting for it, or will it just come after a delay. How big delay should I expect at maximum before giving up.
