Greetings, my shipment No. SY15035005346, according to China's mail, is in the hands of my mail in Venezuela, since 11/19/22, but according to them, it has not arrived and is not registered in Venezuela. They ask me to request to the China post office for the data of the number of The flight with which it was dispatched to verify the shipment. It's shipped by Sunyou Express. You need to contact the seller to check it for you through contacting Sunyou Express in China.
